Jet Trailer's high quality craftsmanship and attention to detail puts our Hydraulic Detachable Gooseneck lowboy trailers in a class of their own. In addition to using high strength steel, our RGN trailers are comprised of four engineered beams that are automatically welded on both sides. As a result, our detach trailers have a high safety rating. Jet's Lowboy trailers are manufactured in standard capacities of 35 Ton, 45 Ton and 51 Ton. All models are available in various lengths and axle configurations to accommodate your hauling needs. Furthermore, Jet offers popular options that include easy to use heavy duty three beam aluminum pull outs, outriggers, full width aluminum top deck, lift axles, & flip axles to accommodate your large and oversized equipment. Features
Construction - Frame & Crossmembers
Four engineered and fabricated High Strength Steel I-Beams, Automatically Welded, top, bottom, and on both sides.
Crossmembers are Structural, High Strength Steel, 4” I-Beam cross members welded to all four beams.
Front loading & Hook-up
Front nose is tapered with ramps & traction bars.
Hook-up is a self guided V-style approach with auto lock safety pin.
Hydraulic System
Hydraulic Detach Trailers operate on a PTO powered hydraulic system. Two main cylinders with one lift arm cylinder. This is not a ground bearing trailer.
Suspension, Axles, & Wheels
Air Ride Suspension Standard, Rated @ 25,000#, 9” ride height.
Hub Pilot, Axle Beam Rated @ 25,000# with ABS, Sealed Greased, not oil bath.
Steel Wheels, White powder coat, 10 Holes, nut 33mm.
Parking Brake
Type 30/30 mechanical spring brake for the trailer when unhooked from the tractor's air supply.
Liquid-filled Air Gauge
Installed in a weather resistant enclosure in the middle of the trailer by the front suspension. Reads pressure from the airbags. Filled with shock absorbing liquid to protect the gauge from vibration.
Manual raise & lower valve
Allows to lower the main deck when needing to detach the neck from the trailer, and raise the main deck after hookup.
LED lights & Wire Harness
Bullet style clearance and marker, Side turn signal, 4” round tail light, license plate light. Long lasting, Reduced maintenance, very bright.
Factory sealed with internal ground to reduce corrosion and maintenance.
Bucket well
Standard on 51 Ton: approx. 6' long, 7 1/2" deep (optional on 35 Ton: approx. 6' long, 5" deep)
D-Rings & Chain Slots
D-Rings are approximately 6' centers on lower deck on web of outer rail.
Chain slots are approximately 3' centers on outer rail on lower deck.
Flag holders
2 flag holders on front of the lower deck by the front nose & 2 on the very rear of trailer
Decking
1 7/8" Apitong in the outer track area. (Center decking and wood types are optional.)

Axles - Configuration & Lift Kit -- POPULAR
49” centers on 35 Ton, 54.5” centers on the 45 & 51 Ton are the most common, other configurations available.
Lift axles are either non regulated or regulated with control box. Can be installed for any axle in several combinations (Front, Middle(s) and/or Rear)
Flip Axle & Flip-up rear hinges -- POPULAR
Lowboy trailer can be ordered with or prepared for a future flip up axle. The flip axle is pinned and removable. This adds another axle for additional capacity. As a result, it can make the trailer over length.
King Pin
Lowboy trailer can be ordered with or prepared for a future flip up axle. The flip axle is pinned and removable. This adds another axle for additional capacity. As a result, it can make the trailer over length.
Trailer Width
Standard width is 102”. 96” width is optional.

Tire inflation equalization system
Regulates correct and equal tire pressure across all tires. Controls two axles. Triple axles will require and second system.

Suspension area & Boom trough
Options for the center of the suspension area between the axles in include a level aluminum deck, tread plate or a boom trough. The boom trough is the area between the wheels and leaves the space open for an excavator boom or similar long item.

Front Deck – Alumninum or Steel
Designed to sit level to the ground when trailer is attached to the tractor, Flooring is aluminum extrusions, or apitong wood for a steel deck.

Front Gooseneck fenders
Rubber Belt with brackets covers a greater area, allows for more protection than mud flaps

Rear Beavertrail
The rear beavertail allows for loading over the axles and wheels from the rear of the trailer.

Chain Rack
Allows for storage of chains and binders in the neck/tower area.
Tail & Marker Lights
Three tail lights are standard. Four are optional. Increases the visibility of the trailer from the rear. Multiple configurations to increase the visibility of the trailer in the dark. Please contact us about options.
Strobe Lights
Two round amber lights with toggle switch on rear allow for the optional stobe lighting during transport.
Paint Color
Stocking colors are black and red, or custom matching is possible.
