Fleet Equipment, founded in 2000, is a nationwide sales, leasing, parts, and service operation specializing in buying, selling, renting, leasing, repairing, and servicing all types of new and used OTR truck and trailer equipment.

The company is locally owned and headquartered in Memphis, TN with branch operations conveniently located in Charlotte, NC, Christiana, TN, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ, and Tupelo, MS.

The Memphis operation, which serves as our headquarters, is centrally located at the "Crossroads of America's Distribution Center" occupying over 40 acres along Farrisview Blvd. The property stretches along I-240 between Highway 78 / Lamar Avenue and Airways Blvd, and features sales, leasing, parts, and service departments for both trucks and trailers. The location also houses our company's corporate, administrative, logistics, and accounting departments.

The Dallas operation, located in Garland, TX, features new and used trailer sales and leasing departments, and has plans underway for adding new Interstate Drop Yard parking facilities for trucks and trailers.

The Tupelo operation, which opened for business in December 2017, is located just outside of Tupelo in Belden, Mississippi off HWY 78 / I-22 at the Sherman exit. It features a leasing and sales department as well as Interstate Drop Yard parking facilities for trucks and trailers.

The Christiana operation features a leasing and sales department and is currently being expanded with a new construction project to have state-of-the-art facilities for all departments, including a new branch location for Interstate Drop Yard parking.

The Charlotte operation opened in November 2025 and features both equipment leasing and sales departments as well as Interstate Drop Yard parking for trucks and trailers.

The Phoenix operation, located in Laveen Village, Arizona, is Fleet’s newest branch with its grand opening in December 2025. While still in early development, it already features a leasing and sales department and is also Interstate Drop Yard’s newest location for truck and trailer parking.

Our Team has decades of experience resulting in being able to quickly match equipment to application while staying in budget. This includes engineering expertise in determining the equipment to handle the load and the ability to provide the equipment, new or used.

Our Inventory Sources stretch nationwide for both new and used equipment and parts. We serve as dealer for fifteen of the nation's leading trailer and truck manufacturers, have an extensive network of parts manufacturers and suppliers, have strong relationships with many of the nation's leading trucking and logistics companies, and we have the financial strength to purchase in large quantities. We are always looking to purchase used equipment and will even purchase an entire fleet for re-marketing or to add to our own rapidly expanding leasing fleet.
