Hyundai Translead's New Symbol Mark & Concept
Hyundai Tranlead's updated logo is the corporate symbol that visually conveys Hyundai Translead's corporate communication concept throughout company operations.
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Company, the sixth largest automaker in the world, the classic blue Hyundai logo and simbol of the "flying H" are combined with the word "Translead" stading for "Transportation Leadership".
The blue color is the official company color stading for competence and stability.

Corporate Headquarters
Hyundai Translead Corporate Headquarters is located in the heart of Mission Valley in San Diego, CA minutes away from the world-famous San Dieigo Zoo and Sea world. The sixth floor of the building is dedicate to sales & administration, and the 9th floor is occuped by Engineering and R&D. Approximately 60 employes work at the San Diego Office, which is conveniently located less than an hour drive to the manufacturing facility in Tijuana, Mexico and only a 20 minute drive from the San Diego Airport, and a 10 minute drive from downtown San Diego.

Hyundai Translead has always taken great pride in its manufacturing facility and dedicated, highly trained line staff and attributes the reliable and high quality products that leave our manufacturing facility to both. in 2006, Hyundai Tranlead invested $15.3M to build an incredible. all new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility expansion, know as the "H-Line", to increase production capabilities by 30%. This truly remakeable addition to the Hyundai Translead manufacturing facility has raised the standard in transportation equipment manufacturing throughout the industry.
HT Composite®
HT Composite®
Light, Strong and Easy
The HT Composite® is constructed with durable composite plate sidewalls and steel logistic slotted stiffeners. No single sidewall material can be lightweight while providing the same amount of strength.
For maximum ease-of-repair, the HT Composite® sidewall design allows for simple and rapid individual side panel replacement without having to remove the stifleners resulting in less downtime and increased utilization. In addition, the sidewall panels are fully recyclable.
Standard Features
Front Wall
Unitized construction offering greater strength with reinforced angle clips welded to the upper coupler. Wiring from the 7-way connector is inside the front wall for greater protection.
Inside Wall
Smooth interior wall reduces possible snag points in the trailer. The composite panels are easily replaced if damaged.
Side Panels
The side panels of the HT Composite® are 0.25" Composite sheets with high tensile galvanized steel with the inner and outer sheet pre-painted white.
Roof Bow
Galvanized steel anti-snag roof bows on 24" centers. The roof bows are pre-bonded to the roof sheet and attached to the top rail using four rivets. two per end.
Landing Gear
Hot-dipped galvanized wing plates and support gear bracing standard protects against corrosion caused by road chemicals and the elements. Two speed. 50,000 lb. capacity and A.A. R. rated.
Rear Frame
Hot dipped galvanized rear frame is standard on all Hyundai Translead dry vans for added corrosion protection and trailer life. Logistic slots in the rear frame as standard for additional load control.
Composite Rear Door
The rear doors are made of .020" galvanized steel skins covering composite panels for added weight savings. Lock rods handles have rubber grips for operator safety.
Underride Guard and End Cap
Hot-dipped galvanized for protection against the elements and road chemicals. The bolt-on construction offers ease of repair if needed. End caps are placed on each end of the bumper for operator safety when stepping into the trailer.
Light Protection Bar
Light protection bar adds additional support to fully hot dipped galvanized rear frame from dock impact as well as protection to the rear tail lights.

Using the patented designs of the HT Plate trailer, the HT Composite XT® offers the ease of repairability not seen in other composite trailer designs. The sidewall design allows for rapid replacement without having to remove the stiffeners and compromising the integrity of the trailer.

Driven by the desire to create a trailer to fit many operations, the HT Original® can be custom built to meet the specific needs of your operation. Whether you need logistics slots, E-Track or aluminium flooring, the HT original® can fit your needs and supply years of service.

Front Wall

Inside Wall
The interior sidewalls are 1/4" exterior grade plywood installed horizontally over the side posts. The front wall consists of exterior grade 1/2" plywood on the lower half and 1/4" plywood oh the upper half.
Rear Frame
The rear frame is hot dipped galvanized standard on all Hyundai Translead dry vans comes with logistic slots in the frame for better load control.
Roof Bow
